I am lazy, don't want to go to LHBS this week. So I have three grains to work with. Pale Malt, Rye Malt, and Flaked Oats. As much as I need of each. SWMBO has been nagging for a summer beer. So I was thinking I woudl spin up a nice wyeast kolsch yeast starter and make something with these malts as a nice little summer ale.

13 pounds pale
4 pounds rye
2 pounds oats
Mash at 150
Wyeast Kolsch Starter
OG = 1.047
FG = 1.010 or less

HOPS?
I have the following that are more subtle and noble in character, so I was thinking 17-20 IBU.

Magnum
Spalter
Vanguard
Willamete
Glacier...

maybe bitter with magnum and but a little spalter in at 10 and FO?

thoughts?
