I am about to start my first batch and I started sanitizing everything. I used Star San and the foam is still in the carboy. I know it is no rinse but there is a lot of foam. What am I supposed to do?

Don't worry- the foam is fine! There is a saying around here "Don't fear the foam", and it's exactly right for this situation!
Actually, I've heard that star san breaks down into nutrient for the yeast. So, the foam is good!

Thanks!! I am so glad to be here!! After being stationed in Germany for a couple years I have been a beer FIEND!! Im trying the Bavarian Hefe from Austin Homebrew.. Anyone tried this kit?
