I have a milk stout fermenting right now for about 5 days and I relized I left one of my airlocks in the bucket. Now I'm pretty sure I was pretty good with sterilization and what not but I am curious is there a way to improve my yeast so I do not recieve a bad batch witch lactobacylus(sp)?

As far as the lacto goes, if you've got it, you've got it and you won't get rid of it. But, you probably don't have it, so don't worry. Whatever is in there, leave it (I'm talking about the airlock now), just put another airlock in its place, you can fish it out at the end when you're bottling.

No worries!

Agreed and I used one packet of dry yeast for 3 gallons of brew so thats a lot of strong yeast! :rockin::D
