I haven't contributed much to the HBT forums, and I feel like an info mooch. I should at least buy a premium membership, shouldn't I. I feel like I've just been asking selfish questions and abusing the generosity of the wonderful people on this forum. After this post, I'm upgrading.

I've recently purchased or made all the equipment to go all grain, and my first batch will be in 2.5 days (Saturday the 8th) and I haven't formulated a recipe. Due to my horrific ADD, I sometimes to go into one of my LHBSs, ask a bunch of unrelated questions and buy about 2/3 of a recipe. This happens at least twice a year.

TLDR: I have lots of ingredients and haven't decided what to brew on Saturday.

What I have: ( :drunk: Denotes that it was purchased more than 6 months ago)

Malt:
5Lbs. Belgian Pale malt. (2.6 Lovibond)
2Lbs. German Pilsner malt (1.5 Lovibond)
1Lbs. British Pale malt (1.6 Lovibond)
1Lbs. German Munich (5.5 Lovibond)
1Lbs. British Chocolate Malt
1Lbs. British Roasted Barley (500L Lovibond)
2Lbs. Crystal 30 :drunk:
6.6Lbs. Amber Malt Extract :drunk:

Hops:
2+oz Homegrown Cascade (Whole/Wet)
1oz Kent Goldings (Brit)(Pellet)
1oz Saaz (Czech)(Pellet)
1oz Northern Brewer (German)(Pellet) :drunk:
1oz Hallertauer (German)(Pellet) :drunk:
1oz Amarillo (Whole, 9.8%) :drunk:

Yeast:
WLP570 Belgian Golden Ale
Safale S-04 :drunk:
Coopers :drunk:
Muntons :drunk:

Other:
1oz Irish Moss

My thoughts for a recipe for Saturday:

Malt:
5Lbs Belgian Pale
2Lbs German Pilsner
1Lbs British Pale
0.5Lbs German Munich
0.5Lbs Crystal 30

Yeast: WLP570

Hops:
0.5oz Cascade (mash)
0.5oz Kent Goldings (60min)
0.5oz Cascade (60min)
0.5oz Saaz (30min)
0.25oz Saaz (15min)
0.5oz Cascade (15min)
0.25oz Saaz (0min)

I'm counting a Cascade cone as 0.1oz, since I don't have a scale, and the cones are monsterous.

Everything else I might try and work into a dark beer in a few weeks...

All comments/criticisms/suggestions welcome!

I would add maybe a little more crystal, and substitue the saaz at the 15 and 0 mark for some amarillos!
