So I have my Steam Beer working in the cellar at around 61-64 degrees. Tomorrow will mark one week in the primary.
I will take a gravity reading tomorrow, but will it take longer to get through the primary since it is a lager yeast at cooler temps??
Is it worth even checking tomorrow, or should I just plan to wait a few more days?
