The name is simply because I'm using citrusy hops and brewing it in the winter. It's pretty inexpensive to make which is always a plus!

Batch Size 5.5 gal
Yeast: Notty
Exp OG: 1.054
Exp FG: 1.013
SRM: 6.3
IBU: 36
ABV: 4.9%

10.5 Pale Malt 2 row
4oz Crystal 80

.5oz Centennial 60mins [18 ibu]
.5oz Centennial 20mins [10.9 ibu]
.5 Amarillo 10mins [7.1 ibu]
.25 Citra 5mins

Dry Hop 7 Days
.75 Citra Dry
1 oz Amarillo
 
Very Nice, I just dryhopped an all cascade pale ale and after looking at your thread and another thread my mouth is watering. Theres nothing like a nice pale ale in the winter.
