I found four beers !!!

Gentlemen,

Greetings and salutations,
I brew down here in north Texas till the end of April.
Then it is too hot.
One day I will be able to afford a chest freezer,
{I have a $60. temperature controller}
{In order to be able to brew 9 months rather than just 6.}

But for now with the summer heat upon us,
and all my money from my disability check
going to Kinkos copy
and postage
{working my lawsuit, I still have 10 months to file}
I am poor.
The next disability check comes in two days,
but it is for materials for my new 'industrial size poultry coop'.
I can buy 3-4 cases but it won't last a month.

Life has been hard and unfair.

But as I sat there thinking about how good a beer would be,
{I have done this a million times,}
crawling around in the kitchen and brewery,
looking for a 'stashed' beer
{for emergencys}
{I look like my old grandad}
{crawling around looking under the stove "for a toddy"}
And I can't believe I did it again,
but I went into the former pantry brewery,
opened the door,
and looked at the carbouys,
the gear,
all packed away and the long rows of empty bottles...

And over to my right I saw it!
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not a beer,
not even two!
but four Millers I stole out of my Dads 12 pack
the last time I was over there.
{He doesn't need to be drinking, as he is 84,}
yeah,


I found four beers!

Do we have a "Save JacktheKnife" fund around here somewhere? I hate to see a fellow homebrewer crawling around on the floor looking for stray bottles of miller. I know you've been through some tough times, Jack, but like zoebisch says, the winds of change are due...
