Ran out so I'm doing all Fuggles. Wonder what cascade would do for the flavor?

It would have to wait until next time as I'm just finishing the boil now.

If you mean Hob Goblin then it should be Fuggles and Styrian.
Cascade will not do it any good. It's way out on profiles.

4.80 kg Marris Otter Pale
0.25 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L
0.20 kg Cara-Pils/Dextrine
0.15 kg Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM)
15.00 gm Styrian Goldings [5.00%] (60 min)
15.00 gm Fuggles [4.50%] (60 min)
15.00 gm Styrian Goldings [5.00%] (30 min)
15.00 gm Fuggles [4.50%] (30 min) Hops 5.0 IBU
15.00 gm Fuggles [4.50%] (60 min)
15.00 gm Styrian Goldings [5.00%] (60 min)
1.00 tsp Irish Moss (Boil 10.0 min)
1 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar)

If you have Goldings maybe try that

I've been using willamette for flavor/aroma, and S-04 for the yeast.

Hmmm..... I'll try some Gouldings next time. I did kinda figure that
cascade would be out of wack.
