Got to try a bottle of this last night. I'll start off by saying it is a very well made brew.

Head: ~1/4" in a champagne flute, perisisted pretty much till the glass was finished.
Carbonation: Medium-low. Slight effervescence, just enough to liven the brew.
Color: Gorgeous Deep Ruby Red.
Aroma: Very much Raspberry, slight sour smell.
Taste: Very smooth, light on the tounge. Medium-low tartness, very strong Raspberry prescence, finish semi-sweet to sweet. Lingering Raspberry.

This is really tasty, a good dessert beer. However, fans of hardcore Lambic will probably be underwhelmed by the low tartness and high residual sweetness. It is very similar to Lindeman's Framboise, except lacking the deep mustiness and complex notes on the aroma and finish.

Still, a good brew though.

I would agree with everything as stated above. Also don't try to drink the whole bottle alone as it gets very heavy in the stomach. It is very much a dessert beer.
