Have you ever laggered a pale ale? If so what does it do to the taste?:mug:
 
I am going to let others do the railing part, but I would guess it would taste like a hopped up lager. I think there are lagers out there that get into the 30s for IBUs already.

Sorry, I have had a few while brewing today. Give it a try and report back, it sounds good!
