This is a recipe I've come up with for a very simple wheat beer.
2.5 gallon batch:

2.60 lbs. Wheat Dry Extract
0.35 oz Hallertauer (60 mins)
2.50 gallons of spring water
1 Safbrew T-58

Everything looks ok in beersmith but just wondering what you guys think and if you have any big concerns about the recipe.
Your input/opinions are appreciated.

I think you'll get what you are looking for, which is a very simple wheat beer.

If you're going for a (north) american style wheat, consider changing to 0.5oz Willamette at 60 and adding 0.25oz centennial or cascade at flameout. That will give a slightly more citrus aroma in the beer, and raise the IBUs to within style guidelines. Just my 2 cents.
