I have started drinking an IPA that has been in the bottle for 5 weeks.
When i pour the ale(nice and gently)it has good clarity...but...if i dont want the sediment from the bottom of the bottle i lose about 1/10th of the beer(totally unacceptable ).
Is this amount of sediment the norm?(if it is i will just keg from now on )
