I've been searching for this answer and can't find it so I'm going to ask. My local BYO only sells it's LME by the litre. How the heck do I do that conversion. I need 1 kilo of sugar but want to use a dark LME for a stout I'm considering. Do I just wiegh it as he pours it out?
