I'm not completely sure of what your asking. What is it you're trying to do?

Honey ferments out completely so you will pretty much lose most the honey flavor no matter which way you go. If you add honey to your wort for the length of the entire boil (60 minutes), you will lose the honey aroma but the fermentables will still be there. If you add honey the last couple minutes of the boil, you keep the aroma and some of "honeyness".
 
well I found out after I made my batch that you add honey in at the end and didn't know what it would do to the flavor or anything else about the beer. this is my first batch, steam style. I'm very happy with the results, just wondering what flavor or aroma difference it might make if any.
