hello, i am intrested in trying to make a basic simple yet tasty IPA (all grain)... any sugestions

All Grain
9lbs 2 row pale, .75lbs crystal 20
Extract
9lbs light DME, Steeped with .75 crystal 20 for 30 min
Hop 1oz w/ additions @ 60,20,10,5, and dry hop 7 days
centennial hops 5oz in total
Yeast
American Ale (White Labs)
irish moss @ 60 or 15
Primary 1 week, secondary 1 week, bottle or keg, let age only if you can stand the wait(Good Luck)
