Been awhile!

hey guys its been awhile since i posted. I just transfered this batch to the secondary two days ago.

5lbs maris otter
8oz 20l
.5oz cenntinial
.5oz cascade

mashed at 152-154 for 90minutes
boiled for 60minutes

SG 1.036 1.006 going into the secondary

Tasted good going into the secondary. I have found thru many crappy beers that i need to abide by the K.I.S.S. when i brew (keep it simple stupid) otherwise they come out in a way i dont want. Cant wait to drink this one.

Looks like a pretty light grain bill there for a 5-gallon batch.

I thought it was pretty light also. I have some friends and family that arent into any beer other than a light beer. I enjoy drinking with them so i guess i can suck it up. I think it has turned out way better than i expected so im happy.
