1-2 ounces of Licorice root maybe?

Thoughts suggestions? I actually need to pick up another pound of pilsner malt...If I add a half pound of the Muntons it takes my OG up to 1.075!

It's actually a pretty simple style when it comes to ingredients. Something as simple as:

5 Gallons
6 lbs Munich LME
3 lbs Pilsener LME
O.G. 1.067
1.5-2 ounces noble hop (3-4 AA) for 60 minutes.

I would only use a pound or so of extract to boil the hops and then add the rest at flame out.

Victory malt is a darker kilned malt somewhat like Munich but it's too dark and not something you're likely to find in a true German lager. You don't want to use any crystal malt. Any sweetnes should come from Pils malt. Munton's is an English extract and you're looking for a German flavor. I've never heard of British Pils extract.

All this is assuming you want something true to style. But a lot to do with a lager is a good fermentation and where I would focus.
