While on a supply run to the local resturaunt depot for supplies for the firehouse kitchen I found a container of about 2lbs of dried blueberries . . .kinda like blueberry raisins . . .Well since I was making a batch of beer that day at work (smoked pale ale) it got me thinking and I bought them thinking maybe I could use them in beer. After thinking on it for a while at the stove that evening I decided to try and put them into a blueberry wheat beer
Now to the question . . .how much do I use? every recipie I see is for whole frozen fruit, or puree, or extracts. Right now I am leaning to throwing the whole container into the secondary and see wht happens but if anyone has any suggestions that would be great
