Hi everyone. I have been a long time lurker behind the scenes of this wonderful source of info for quite a while, and decided I better jump in so I can have my own questions posted and asked. I am new to this hobby but started right up front with an all grain setup. I am now two batches in and am hooked. Plenty of reasons to brew in Utah (where the alcohol content is lame-o) but more than any other reason because I think this is a very interesting and rewarding hobby. Thanks for all your help in the past and future. I look forward to many more brews and hangovers.
