Would like to make an odd beer and I am asking for help...

Any ideas, thoughts, experiences, recipe snip-its, anything really

Here's the idea, A dark moderately strong ale, not a barley wine or anything. More like a Belgian 90, but when racking to secondary I want to rack on top of some almonds which have been candied in molasses or brown sugar. Im looking for a malty, roasted nut, style full ale.

Thanks for any help or input anyone would have to offer..

Cheers :mug:

i'm planning on a similar beer and this will be the flavor component 4 marzipan ale:mug: head retention may be doomed but i don't really mind as long as it tastes good.
