I'm fermenting a NB Kolsch extract kit in primary and it is due for transfer to secondary tomorrow (2 weeks). I still have a light foam but the bubbles have slowed. OG was 1.050 and FG is supposed to be 1.013. I pulled a gravity tonight at 1.020. It is supposed to stay in secondary for 21 days. I'm going on vacation for a week the day after tomorrow. Should I keep it in the primary or go ahead and move to the secondary? This is my first beer )

You will be much happier with the beer leaving it in the primary until after your vacation.

Hopefully your FG will be where it should be by then.
