Full Boil (6.5 gallons, 5 gallon target in fermentor)

Malts:
9 lbs of Extra Light DME (3 lbs added at boil, 6 at flame out)
1 lb of Dextrose (added at flame out)

Steeping: (30 minutes @ 150)
.5 lbs of Carapils
.75 Midnight Wheat
.5 Melanoidin

Hops:
1oz. Warrior @ 60

1oz Simcoe @ 30

1/2 Whirlfloc Tablet (Irish moss) @ 15 minutes

1oz. Cascade @ 5
1oz. Mosaic @ 5
1oz. Amarillo @ 5

1oz. Cascade @ whirlpool (170 degrees for 30 minutes)
1oz. Mosaic @ whirlpool
1oz. Amarillo @ whirlpool

(after fermentation completes and moved to secondary)
1oz. Cascade @ Dry Hop 5 days
1oz. Amarillo @ Dry Hop 5 days
1oz. Simcoe @ Dry Hop 5 days

Yeast:
SD Super Yeast (builder starter) @ 68 degrees
