I tasted my first sample...

This was my first brew I've made. I made it from a partial kit. Its a red ale. I think it's still a little green, total time is ~4 weeks. But i just couldnt wait! It's plenty carbonated and all, but it tastes a little weak. Almost, watery.

Sat 7 days in Primary, FG was really close, then in secondary for 7 more. Sat in the bottles for 2 weeks. Doesnt taste funky or harsh, just weak.

So, I am all ears

Patience grasshopper. Time is your friend. It's hard on the first one but give it time to age. It will be good then! Go get some micro brews to hold you over.
