- Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp)
- 10 days @ 52 F
- Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp)
- 30 days @ 38
8 lbs Pilsner Malt (2 Row)
5 lbs Kolsh
0.25 lbs Caramel - 10L
0.5 lbs Carapils
*mash at 152 F
1.00 oz Citra [11 %] (60 min) Hops
2.00 oz Citra [11 %] (20 min) Hops
0.5 oz Citra [11 %] (15 min) Hops
0.5 oz Citra [11 %] (10 min) Hops
0.5 oz Citra [11 %] (5 min) Hops
0.5 oz Citra (Knockout)
2 oz Citra Dry hopped
This turned out to be a pretty solid beer. It did taste a bit harsher coming out of the secondary then out of the primary so Im not sure the dry hopping did much for it. I would step up the IBUs a notch for next time.
