I have the ez cap bottles which I prefer.

Labeling is a problem though. What do people do for this. Are there lables which come off easy. I have also heard that a silver sharpie is good, but can you remove the letters easily.

I wouldn't think it would be any different to label an ez-cap as compared to a normal bottle. I label with removable labels from onlinelabels.com They come over somewhat easily as long as you remove them while they're dry. If they're wet...good luck.
