My Sanyo conversion is almost done, the shelf removed, gasket replace, hole drilled, and counter and box mostly constructed. My cO2 tank just came in today, and Im thinking its about time to keg the two ales sitting in secondaries.

I plan on force carbonating the ales at the same time using the "sit and wait" method, but im unsure how to set my regulator. I have this regulator http://stores.kegconnection.com/Detail.bok?no=201 . Now im willing to carb both of my beers the same (an ESB and a dry irish stout), and am assuming if i hook up the tank to both beers at once set the pressure to around 9 psig at 42 F i'll be ok, but is there something else i need to consider given my setup?
