I'm getting back into brewing after a long break. Last year for my BDay, my mother sent me a SS Turkey Frier and a propane burner. I made two brews with that and loved it.
When I took a break, I had just gotten into mini-mash brews and am picking up from there. I've loved all the discussions I've seen here so far. A lot of knowledge and a lot of folks willing to share it.
I'll be getting my first kegging kit in a couple weeks (this years BDay present) and a wort chiller, so I'm going to be putting a spigot in my brew-pot. I'm thinking a sight-glass and a thermometer may be useful also, but we'll see.
