I've been brewing periodically for several years now. Lately it's been mostly BIAB. Made a couple of my own recipes. I'd love to brew more, but I'm so torn between drinking gallons of my own beer or being able to explore all the amazing beers on the market.

Welcome!

I understand the conundrum as I do both myself! I consider brewing recipes as exploring too. Brewing is teaching me patience too as it is too convenient to just go to store to buy craft beer

Welcome from Missouri!

Another craft beer fan here. As I've gained experience, I find that some of my brews are equal or better than craft, as least to my palate. YMMV
Enjoy the ride!

Welcome. I used to live in an area where I could get almost any craft beer, but I moved to rural and their idea of craft is Shiner or Yuengling, so it's good I can make passable beer of my own. It's a good skill to have.
