Brewed on Saturday, used an ice bath to cool 3 gallons of wort but it took forever, and after a while I got impatient and poured it into the primary and topped up, aerating it nicely. It wasn't quite at the ideal temperature, around 85 - 100 F, and I was wondering whether hot side aeration would be an issue? Was it cool enough?

Thanks :)

They're only estimations, I hope it was on the lower side. It had been in the ice bath for quite a while. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

anything under 90 should is ok. Didn't you have a thermometer? Temp is pretty important information

On my first batch I poured my wort straight from boil into my bucket...guess what, no hot side aeration. It came out perfect so I wouldn't worry.
