Hi there. I am looking for a nice balanced APA recipe not using cascade, as I have been growing a little tired of it recently. I have just ordered hop varieties such as warrier, columbus, simco, amarillo, chinook and centennial. I ordered these hops mainly for IPA recipes but thaught I would try with APA. Has anyone used these hops in there APA's with good results? Looking to do a 5gal all grain batch.

Thanks

centennial is described in some places as "super-charged cascades", so if you are tired of cascades, you might not be keen to have the centennial in there.

Columbus would probably be a good one to use. Someone on here was tossing around the idea of making an APA using ONLY columbus hops the whole way through. I think I would like that beer a lot.
