Rivertowne Sassamanash

I'd like to start by saying I hardly ever read beer reviews. I like to try things for myself because everyone is different. I was at my local shop today, and I saw Sassamanash in 6 packs by Rivertowne (PA). I was intrigued by the label, so I read the can. Pretty much just says that it's an ale with cranberries. I'm a sucker for cranberries so I had to buy. I tried one tonight, and I thought it was completely awful. It tasted very sweet, and straight up like apple juice. I thought cranberries would make it a little tart, but nope. If it was dry and tart, it would be great. But ugh. I have 5 of these left I need to give away.

Has anyone had this beer? I haven't had anything I liked from this brewery for the most part. If you want to try, let me know and I will send you a can haha.

If in my house, then you just chose the beer for beer bread, or maybe beer scones.
