Sanyo 4912M owners, question

I'm building out a bar in my basement and will have base cabinets, counter top, etc..My plan was to have a tower in the countertop and the kegerator mounted underneath the counter, between 2 base cabinets.

Summit sells a "built in" unit made for this application, but it's quite expensive.
Can I use the Sanyo as an undermounted fridge? My concern is ventilation and I have not found any good pictures of where the thing vents at (front, back, sides...).

Will it work or will I melt the thing down?

the 4912 vents in the back. I have mine mounted under my bar with lines running out the top and up and in to the draft tower mounted on the bar, works great.

I have a wine fridge, reg fridge and my meister under my bar. What I did in order for it to vent was to cut a hole in the from of the bar and attach an oak register vent that I bought at depot and stained to match my bar. I unscrewed the louvers from it. I have to add another one, but it seems to work pretty well.
