well I have recently started in this brewing THANG and I do beleve I am hooked. I have my ale pail filled as we speek with my 4th batch of extract brew and I am trying to get fancy all ready. I added some berry tea to the boil with a coopers canadian blond extract. what the heck!!
ok right up front here in this introduction, I am a photographer and not an english major in fact my collage english Proof told me "if i ever wrote anything without using a word processor she would kill me" so I will mis spell badly and to top it off I dont type tha twell eather.
but I do like beer.
well it is 12:01 am and I think ther eis one more from my first batch 4 weeks ago in the fridge beggin me to open it
