10# pale ale malt
1# crystal

4 oz Chinook
4oz Centennial
6oz Tettnager

What do you guys suggest as addition amounts? Not sure what Ill use for yeast yet but probably Notty.

How about something like Ed's Stone IPA Clone. You could sub the Chinook for the Warrior. The Munich is more difficult though. You could try putting 1 lb of the Pale malt in the oven for 2 hours at 105C.

I love my pale ales...so take this with a grain of salt. I'd brew up a pale for sure...use the Chinook for bittering, then the Centennial for flavor/aroma. In addition, use 1-2 oz of Centennial and get a nice dry hop going. Mmmmm...
