Adding Chocolate to a beer that is Kegged

If it is possible, would I be able to add some kind of chocolate taste to a beer that is already kegged and carbed. My thinking is that it would not start fermenting again since it is cold. Any thought?
 
I would go with the chocolate extract too. Adding cocoa would put several inches of muck on the bottom of your keg probably clogging it up.
