So I bottled my blonde ale this weekend. It was my first AG batch. You might remember that I ran out of propane during the boil and it sat in my garage until then next day. It doesn't seem to have had any negative effect on the beer. My FG was 1.006. Most importantly, the beer tasted great! No extract "twang". :rockin: Now comes the hardest part.....waiting.

which blonde recipe did you use?

Jamil's from brewing classic styles as the base. I had to sub in some NB hops I had on hand and I switched the Crystal 15 with Crystal 60 I also had on hand.

Congrats! Time to brew up another one now that the carboy is free!

Thanks. I have already brewed up an Alt to take its place.
