So after going through a couple of crappy burners a wall mart $34 POS then a Sportsman's warehouse http://www.sportsmanswarehouse.com/sportsmans/Eastman-30QT-Aluminum-Fry-Combo/productDetail/Fryers-and-Oils/prod9999003123/cat101728
That didn't work very well either. Now i'm going to be going to the HB shop for the first time in a while this week and i've got my eye on two different models.
http://store.homebrewheaven.com/bayou-classic-propane-cooker----185000-btus-p1480.aspx is the cheapest and still gets 185,000 BTUs $54
http://store.homebrewheaven.com/bayou-banjo-high-pressure-classic-cooker-with-10-cast-iron-burner-p1499.aspx this one is almost double the price and only puts out an extra 15,000 BTUs. Is there anything that makes this superior? $95
Lastly this bad boy. http://store.homebrewheaven.com/floor-standing-stainless-steel-propane-burner-p1754.aspx Which after some searching i found only is 75,000BTU????? and for $135 without the legs $170 with!!!!
I'm more concerned about a quick boil then efficiency since i have 2 kids and time is money! Suggestions?
