Bottled my pale ale a couple of days ago. The dry hopping (sounds fresh :) ) went well. I took a sip of it before bottling and it tastes good. I couldn't find my hydrometer when I cooked the wort so I have no idea of the alcohol content. Looking forward to popping the first top.

My first brew I made a PA- and failed to take an initial hydrometer reading. When it got time to drink I told everyone it was between 4% and 6%. Pretty safe bet. Make sure to let the beer set long enough for the corn sugar to do it's thing and carbonate your beer. Flat beer can really hide the fact that it is truly great beer!
