Help with a recipe, strawberry, pineapple, peach and mango

I picked up 2 bags of the above frozen fruit. I have a total of 8 pounds thawing in the primary pail.

Any one have a recipe? How much wine do you think 8 pounds of fruit would make? They were not cheap at $12.00 for a 4 pound bag so I don't want to make any mistakes.

Can any one offer any suggestions?
 
I'd say eight pounds would make around two gallons of wine.
I would split up the ingredients into two groups of one gallon batches. I think a strawberry peach wine, and a mango pineapple wine would do good.
 
I am thinking the 8 lbs of frozen fruit is a little light for 2 gallons?
 
I think that 4 pounds per gallon would be about perfect. Get your SG up to about 1.080 - 1.090. Your acid to about 0.60. And you'll be fine.
 
I wound up adding 4 pounds more of the frozen fruit. They sell this combination at Wally World for making smoothies.
