Does anyone have experience or knowlegde regarding methods for installing a thermometer in a 10 gallon Gott cooler...........Either by drilling hole in side of cooler for use with a "weldless" type thermometer or use of a long probe or wire-connected thermometer through the cooler lid?

Any feed back would be appreciated.

thanks,

I installed a Zymico Kewler Thermothingy in my Ice Cube cooler and it works great. You can use 1/8" to 1/4" stem thermometers, and its easy as heck to install. Drill a hole using a 3/8" drill bit, slide it in and tighten. Works like a charm for me.
