I got to thinking---I've added non-alcoholic scotch extracts to beer, but never any actual liquor. What would happen if you were to, for example, add some dark rum to the secondary fermenter? Anyone ever done it? I can't imagine it would hurt too much, just bump the ABV up ever-so-slightly, depending on how much you put in.
