Hi, I have two batches of apfelwein that is fermenting now. I did some researches about apfelwein, so I went to the grocery story and I bought 44 L of cheap apple juice.(Yes I looked like insane) But afterwards, I realised that some people said to not take apple juice from concentrate. My juice is made of concentrate, but it is written that it's 100% pur. It is OK to take this juice for making apfelwein? I don't want to throw all this stuff away
