Weird Yeast (or bacteria) growth in carboy

Hi Guys,

I recently picked up the Brewer's Best Holiday Ale kit and decided to give it a go. It has been about two weeks in the secondary and I noticed some odd spiral yeast (I think...) growth up the carboy. I am guessing this isn't a good sign, but wanted to get an opinion about what was actually going on.

I am pretty new to the hobby so even if there is a little growth I will probably try to salvage/bottle it and see what happens.

Maybe not so much growing up as it is settling out...I've seen this in some of my secondaries and the beers were fine.
