Hi there! I just recently got into home brewing.... AND I LOVE IT!!

I have a Milk Stout batch in bottles right now and just put an American Light into the fermenter.

I am absolutely addicted to Milk Stout beer. I'm on a quest to brew the richest, creamiest, thickest Chocolate milk stout possible. I also want a respectable amount of sweetness to the beer.

I'm very new to this and would love any advice on an exact recipe or just general tips on how I could brew a beer like this!

Thanks!!

Midnight wheat malt and pale chocolate as part of the steeping grains, they're delicious. Blend these two with standard chocolate malt of your choice. Midnight wheat malt is much more smooth a chocolatey than other roasty grains.

If you can do a mini mash in a bag or something mashing some flaked oats with a little pale 2 row will double that creamy deliciousness.
