When smoking pale malt with Apple wood what flavor am can I expect to taste? I have never had anything smoked with that wood so I have no idea. Thanks folks.
 
to me, smoked malt is smoked malt. It doesn't matter what kind of wood it was smoked with. There isn't going to be an apple flavor to it.
