Brewed a Gulden Drakk Clone today, second all grain. Small 3 gallon batch. Hit all my numbers but I am not quite sure what I am looking at, cold break maybe... This is about an hour after pitching my yeast. Any help for a noob.

Freaky protein layer... Once fermentation kicks off that stuff will be flying all over the place, but it'll eventually settle out. Nothing wrong with it at all.

Did you use DME by chance? I have seen that if the DME does not fully dissolve. Either way you will be fine, it will all settle down in the cake eventually.
