I planned for 45 gallons of wit, ended up with 40 and wals over gravity. 1059 was the starting gravity and is a bit high for a wit. Not that I'm complaining about a little more kick to a beer

Wow, three 15 gallon batches in one day, that is an accomplishment! Nice job! Time for a brew...or three!:mug:

Awesome brew. I first worried about temperature control on that big fermenter having never made a wit. How did you manage yeast for 45 gallons? Whole cake from a 5 gallon batch?
 
No temp control on it. It's in the garage where it hasn't gotten above mid 60s yet. I plan on putting a stainless steel coil in the lid for future brews so I can have temp control. It was the cake from 2 five gallon batches so I think I had a pretty good pitching rate.
