Mash at 153 for 60 minutes and then sparge to attain 6.25 gallons. Research yeast strain for yeast. Ferment for 10 days and either keg or bottle.
 
Also. What yeast is good for a wheat beer? Is there a dry yeast? Or is liquid the way to go? This is my first wheat beer.
 
Looks good. I'm doing a nearly identical wheat soon, with equal parts Sorachi and Amarillo. I was planning on using 05 but I am considering using some Denny's Favorite I have in my fridge. Doesn't seem like many people use it in wheats but I'm really liking it recently so I might give it a shot.
 
your recipe looks great. the simple grain bill should let the amarillo shine through. using amarillo for bittering is a bit of a waste since much of its prized qualities will be lost after 60 minutes. if you have other hops available and want to save the amarillo for flavoring/aroma'ing another batch, you could bitter with a more standard (read: less expensive) hop. not that it's a huge cost saving...

there are wheat beer specific yeasts, both dry (like safbrew WB-06) and liquid (wyeast 1010, 3333, etc). they will give you traditional wheat (or hefeweizen, or witbier) tastes and characteristics. but nothing is stopping you from using a more neutral yeast for a slightly different twist on your brew.
 
Update*

Just got this kegged and force carbed. Very very nice. I added 3/4 ounce of fresh orange zest the last 5 minutes of the boil. This has a nice citrusy flavor and is an easy drinker. I went with s-04 dry yeast. Ill try to get the final recipe loaded.

Cold crash and force carbonate.

Very citrusy and a great lawnmowing beer. Very good head retention and lacing. Easy drinker. Keep this recipe for future brews!
