I've have concerns about dry hopping and the sanitation of the whole hops. I would think that because they are frozen that there should be no active bacteria present, but thinking about their handling prior to freezing gets me thinking.
Comments?
 
I wouldnt worry about it. By the time you put them in the secondary there is already enough alcohol in the solution to kill off anything too bad. I mean unless you drop them all over the floor or sneeze on them first you should be just fine.
 
There is nothing to worry about. 1. because of the alcohol already created as mentioned above, and b. because hops have antiseptic attributes. It's all good in the hood. Dry hop away.
