Comments? Should I colorize. Change the picture?

If it were me, I would have a close up of the single eye all angry looking. Its a sweet name with a lot of possibilities.

I like it, but it needs to be bigger picture along with angry eyeball like mentioned.

yeah the One Eye doesn't really stand out.

If you're stuck on the guy with the brew image, I'd stretch the eye out in the head to make it a lot larger so it stands out.

But I'd personally dump the guy with the brew... the whole "making people dance, drink, etc" is old news, and that's immediately the thought that comes to mind with that picture.

I guess I'll be the dissenting opinion here and say:
I love it as it is, and think you should only tweak it, not completely redo it.

I would not replace the guy, and I would not make him angry. I'd probably make the eye a bit larger, but not enormous.

What I would do is up the brightness of the highlights on the beer mug somewhat, and increase the letter spacing of "HOMEBREW" just a little bit.

It looks pretty good as is. I would leave the color black and gray and maybe make the eyeball a little bigger like others have stated.
